He doesn't care what anyone thinkgs of him. Since he didn't come up from within, he's not interested in building relationships with the business. He's a short timer. I can't see him being here longer than 5 years. BB was in the role for 10 years.

He knows he’s hated and disliked and I don’t think he cares, nor should he, he got hired for a job and did it and he’ll leave.

Is he even still around? He’s been completely invisible for months now. Not that it makes any difference, the man is the least inspiring leader imaginable.
