Shame on Oracle for the mishandling of the June 2025 layoffs. The communication was disorganized and inconsistent—my direct manager told me one thing, while their superior gave me conflicting information. For a company that sells Human Capital Management solutions, Oracle should practice what it preaches. The way this was handled is unacceptable—and to only offer two weeks of health insurance coverage adds insult to injury.
