Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

CSOC feedback tool

What on earth has happened to the anonymous feedback tool? I used to love that for blasting people, at all levels (especially below me!) in compleat anonimity.

Thanks advance

Once, there was a person who replied ALL to a mailing list, and I took the time to inform him that he had done this and that the information he was seeking was in the newsletter he received. He then turned around and said that my tone was not of the Chevron Way instead of thanking me for bringing it to his attention. Oh, my goodness. What fragile feeling.

CSOC online training was some of the worst drawn-out mess I've ever had to do.

@OP was only anonymous until it was offensive…..but boy do I remember the training and tests, horrible and we still couldn’t deliver a project on time and within budget. Thinking of all those affected today and tomorrow.

Should you be "blasting" anyone at all if you yourself haven't quite mastered the English language and unable to spell the word "complete"? Perhaps your anonymous feedback should be to your manager to send you back to complete your GED on Chevron's dime. Smh.

I once submitted feedback for someone and they immediately blasted WHO DID THIS to a shared email list. Fragile egos everywhere.
