I can't help but think that our leadership is an epic failure. This company pays hugh salaries to supposedly smart, educated people, yet pay millions to a consulting company to structure our organization. Does that mean our leadership can't structure our core businesses anymore? Is leadership to ignorant in business that we must pay outside services to tell us how to operate. Really, upper management should be ashamed of themselves. Way to put those degrees and experience to work! Seems lazy to me. And embarrassing.

Corporation, n. An ingenious device for obtaining individual profit without individual responsibility.
The consultants never let up on harassing us during this whole thing. They want all your knowledge and they want it now. Even this week while all this is going on and people are losing their jobs. I was offered a job and will stay, but with a whole new attitude for this sorry bunch. They just can't treat people the way they have and get away with it.
Easier to avoid accountability if things go poorly - simply blame the consultants.
Yes indeed it's someone else's fault. Always. Never your own.
Educated? MW has a bachelor’s degree. When benchmarked against our competition, he’s woefully undereducated. And well-past retirement. He's not the best. He’s not well educated.
Have you ever heard of getting an outside perspective
they hire consulting firms because theyre gutless to make big decisions and to be willing to be the face of those decisions. there are only a handful of elons in the market
Maybe conflict of interest, also several of them were on the chopping block as well
Si
I think it’s for conflict of interest.
Ok.
