In previous re orgs, they notified people who were selected. They waited to notify left standing in case someone turned down the offer but that doesn’t seem to be the case this time.

@aw nope. Most people I’ve talked to have received a job offer via a phone call with their job owner. If HR is involved you were left standing and may or may not be offered a transition role.
To those left standing, how long do you have access to network & office? Are you really cut off immediately after the call like some infamous tech companies treat their layoffs, or do you have some hours/days?;

Did anybody get a job offer when meeting with their Selection Rep and HR? I think my Selection Rep is a Job Owner
@as mine was no meeting, direct call from job owner on teams, I answered. There was no HR. It was a very quick call about getting selected.
Received a direct call from the job owner this morning informing me that I had a job in their team (no meeting invite)..
Confused by some of the comments here. So are the announcements happening via meeting invites (Team? In person?) or phone call or Teams call?

Is there anybody reasoning an hour long meeting with HR Rep and Selection Rep? I thought people were just receiving 15min meetings
I got laid off even though I have had decade of high performance, and even LTIP recently.
If you didn’t receive a meeting invite with hr in it, you are safe. Otherwise, you are fired!
@a3 it was just my selection rep on the call. No meeting invite, they just called. My status was available.
@ae what the sentiment? Did they give you any positive words or just robotic?
Is it that of there is an invite that you have a job and more a random call if you don't have a job? Or are people getting meeting invites for left standing notifications too?
So far no meeting invite yet. Is that a good sign or not?
I thought I was in the clear because I never got a meeting invite. My current supervisor who is also my rep called me and on the call there was the HR rep sitting beside him.

I got a meeting with HR and my selection rep. I assume I’m cooked but life goes on. I planned for this in case it did happen.

@a2 Did HR business partner involved in the call? I got a meeting invite from HR business partner along with the Job owner/selection representative wondering what does it mean?
Got a call. Told that people would be notified for a few days and to keep confidential. Told a written offer is coming but they don’t know when. Good luck to all.
