If you have items documented, you can get an attorney to file a case for you. This isn't going to trial. They will want a quick settlement so they can get their 35% without much effort. On the CVX side, they won't want their image dirtied up so they will pay just to keep you quiet as the agreement will ensure you can't speak negatively about the company in any arena.
It's amazing how many people think that they have a case to sue for by simply getting laid off, lol! Keep it up, this is great comedy!
If you have a case, they will take it completely on contingency - no fees to you. Just be sure you have ironclad documentation of the discrimination. Typical award is a few years salary and attorney will take 1/3. Good luck!

Yeah, I think that the lower you go down the list, the more likely you are to find a firm willing to “engage”
Long timeline of no information, meetings with no updates, highs and lows, terrible tool, missing jobs, bad descriptions, reps with 30 plus people, mental anguish, pain and suffering..... on and on.
Not sure you might have a case but I'm sure many of those attorneys would be happy to talk.
