I had a short Teams meeting scheduled for today with someone from HR and my PDR for this event. Wonder what that means?

Probably the same either way. There’s people waiting to find out who care genuinely and want to support in anyway they can. Your brain wants to isolate and turn inward, but you need to reach out to others at this time. You’re not bothering anyone. You would want them to tell you if it happened to them
