It would be great if we knew what the goal was when it comes to the total number of employees. Do they want to bring us down to 70k? 60k? Even lower? Just give us a number so we can know there’s an end in sight, even if it’s a few years away. But thinking of the rest of my career being about constantly worrying about layoffs is unbearable.

End goal is to run everything out of India
Employment is at will that means either party can give notice first. Expecting anything else aka assured employment is setting yourself up for failure. Keep your skills current... Though that can be hard at Nike specifically Tech... So you're prepared if and when the ax falls.

Remember a lot of those are retail
We have the Orange man controlling the White House! That's him and his team who will decide our fate.
Nike and other companies are just waiting for him to decide.
The number isn’t how many employees but rather how much $$$ they can report to wall street and shareholders.
