They will spend time and money on building morale in India because the future staffing will be in India. Chevron will sponsor the "Indian national cricket championship"

if you think about it. this is the best way to distract from their terrible run of bad decisions. its just hit after hit of poor ELT decisions...hess, reg, fgp overrun, anadarko, and the icing on the inept cake is the 75B of buybacks.

They didn't do anything to rebuild morale last time, and - let's be honest - creating attrition by making work awful provides additional opportunities to replace Americans with foreign labor.
