I think it's a little odd that they didn't keep the status quo until the new CEO took over. From what I heard the sale dept. was totally revamped.

Any idea what state? Or is this is general? Extremely sad to hear before the holidays and no disrespect but I am wondering if our company has a heavy queue of potential customers calling in for services. Or was it mostly disconnects and complaints? We are not advertising (anything), no more Prism, VDSL, heck even DSL. So, who would call us? Unless they misdialed. But seriously was there a huge call volume that we NEED 30 more employees and not lose?
