Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Green Badges have more insight than Blue Badges

Why is management openly telling green badge employees what is fixing to happen to blue badge employees without telling the blue badges themselves?? It is fu--ing bull sh-t that consultants are more in-the-know than we blue badges are!

D-mb angry post with no context or details or facts or specifics.

If you are referring to consultants who are being paid to help Chevron with ELP and redesign, they SHOULD know more than most "blue badges". That's their f'ing job and why they were hired. SMH

Those with green badges know what those with blue badges tell us, because between blue badges they don't trust each other

I’ve never seen a company treat contractors like they’re less than company. The only way you should be able to tell is the company who signs their checks.

In other companies, that seem to be able to deliver projects on-time and on-schedule they are less focused on the blue-badge vs green-badge. Contractors sign major VO's on projects (for example).
