There will always be layoffs year round, get over it
EMEA is ALWAYS on a different timeline (and all the comms have stated that) because of Works Council and Work Contracts. They aren't "at will" like the US is (yes I know there is like one state that pretends it's not at will, but it still is in the way that matters.)
There are rumors that certain orgs will get cut tomorrow. Then there will be one more in Aug.
Also, i heard from Sr. SEC VP, that EU will be in a separate timeline and there will be some comms after the quarterly reporting.
Nike is dying a slow death, more layoffs are inevitable. Start prepping yourself now and get out on your terms or at least have some irons in the fire when you are the next one chosen for the firing squad.
Id guess sometime in the next 6 months or so either right before or right after holiday
