How can named executive officers receive any increases when none of the grunts or pawns received any yearly increases? This is not morally right when we, the peons, do all of the customer-facing business. The day-to-day employees are the pillars of the company.

Right or wrong, moral or immoral these are not business terms. C Suite is doing what they are good at, they get what they negotiated during the board meetings. More power to them. We all can make decisions to find an org that will offer you whatever you negotiate.
