Changes to hybrid work policy are supposed to be coming next week. Anyone know what the changes are?

I work in the ATL office. We have so much office space in some of the most expensive commercial real estate in the southeast. I have no idea if that it owned real estate or if it is leased. Cost cutting should be focused there rather than doing layoffs or forcing RTO on people who do not require a physical office to collaborate over Teams or Zoom.

@b5 except this time you do not have a desk to call your own and you must be in there on a Monday or Friday. I'm just gonna stop going in all together.

I was informed the Pulse article is still available for view. It was published June 5 2025 and states hybrid 1 below people leaders have no plans to switch to hybrid 2. Whew all this talk was making me paranoid. Article title is “Navigating our Evolving Hybrid Workplace”. Look it up and read yourself.

Hope they're installing bulletproof glass. Our office windows catch stray bullets at a couple times a year. Can't wait to work there.

@qx I got both , I'm not new. AIP is not a guarantee. I've has 2 years out of the 10 I've been here that were cr-ppy. The other years AIP was good. Merit has always been cr-ppy.

to the person who said "Why would they say it if they didn’t mean it? "

you must be new - why would they say or do anything if they didn't mean it - they lie all day every day - how was your AIP - your merit -

@qj we didn’t believe it because there was an actual pulse article posted that said there were no plans for hybrid 1 to come in more times. They did take it down but many of us did read that article. Why would they say it if they didn’t mean it? I thought the article got pulled because of all the negative feedback from people this affected which were the people leaders.

if you don't believe that all staff within the pulse point will be in the office 5 days a week - you are not paying attention to all the clues -

I think when they can see where they can put people, make room, etc, they will be calling us back too. Just a matter of time.

I’m sure the director and up want everyone to ‘share the fun’ - if they have to do it you do too!

It was such a different atmosphere before COVID. Like comparing apples to automobiles.

Director and Managers with staff + (staff VP + was last year) are mid July 3x a week. Haven’t heard anything about the rest but writing is on the wall.
