For those who waited to see job options but still hit the button? Not hearing a lot of that so competition will be fierce.

@gx lets be for real. who in their right mind wants to be in Midland.
I heard if you want EOI still a risk be forced into either job applied for or some other wasteland to save paying severance. One mngr said, trust us, if someone wants to go, we wouldn’t do that. It’s just cr-p whichever way you turn. Wave 2ers - watch and learn.
Why would we leave Midland to work in Houston, it’s full of the people who managed this joke. 60 to 90 minute commute, no sense of community and turn up by 5am to get a seat while your attendance is reported to your supervisor and activity in outlook, office etc
I only applied to jobs that would relocate me to midland
I also heard that button was pushed by several peers but because had to do the effed up play of applying to at least one job, most are keeping it close in case not approved, or secretly scared forced into a job, lower PSG etc. It’s hunger games x 3 dimensional chess x jenga.
Another 20% Wave 1 EOI is what PMO said and so Wave 2 will have even more ops. Advantage. Wave 2. Bye bye Wave 1.
There are definitely a few people I was surprised about. I don't talk to many folks so there are probably more that haven't mentioned it to anyone yet.
- 9999999% EOI
Curious to hear that as well , was thrown out there that folks wouldn’t want to move out of CA or CO. Even some folks in Midland that weren’t a fan or relocating to Houston.
