This place is Insane!

My head is spinning as a nurse with 40 years of excellent experience, I have never seen such a messed up company! They should be ashamed but of course they aren’t! Senior focused … what a disgrace!

@hn agree, nurses shouldn't be responsible for their sales, we are not agents. At least make it a bonus instead of metrics requirements. Give those that are good at it more monet instead of making it stressful to those that aren't good at selling stuff and taking away from our other abilities. Some are better at things than others are. Some take on the difficult members, but may not be good at selling, where's the extra metrics in that. Leaders just don't get it. Maybe those great at handling difficult members will stop trying so hard to make those members happy and staying with Humana if they miss stupid metrics like the new ones put out. Maybe they should think of that before they lose nurses with other great skills besides selling MOP or PDMRs. Things are going to go downhill fast amd they don't even see it. Pitiful for sure

I couldn't agree more with every comment here. Doing sh-t work to try and save them and make them money with these new metrics is a liad of cr-p. They are either just wanting us to make them money or looking for reasons to not give us our raises/bonuses or both. This company has gone to he-l. I hate it here. SNP program has gone to sh-t with these leaders. Us nurses are just along for the ride in their sinking ship.

I’m right there with you. 42 years. Been here 16 years I have never in my career seen a company go down as fast as this one has in 2 years. CW is a bigger mess. Blows my mind.
