@hb then how come our stock is dropping so much and why did we lose most of the CALPERS account and the NYSHIP account and why are we in so much trouble with regulatory agencies? How come our systems don't work and why are we constantly being sued for not paying our claims on time or at all? How come as a member to our own plans I've spent hours upon hours for YEARS on the phone with customer service trying to straighten out claims issues and fighting problems with pre-authorizations that are so slow they interfere with patient outcomes? Gimme a break.

@jr you can find it in Workday. Anyone can see it. It takes some digging into the org chart and there's a way to get a report.

I am a manager - If I knew I could not tell you because it would be a disaster for me - as in my job loss. I also never have gotten a RIF notice more than a few days in advance - I am asked for a list of "low performers" and the number of them - and as much as I try to protect my team - its all about the numbers - metrics - scores etc. And I have to provide proof of those numbers - (which the director already has so why I have to provide "proof" is a joke. Once the list is provided - they make the choices of who -

Inside knowledge - you are welcome - my last day is 2wks away -(my choice) so thought I would drop some truth

No transparency. You can see the writing on the wall and ask you manager if you gonna be riffed. They lie to your face and say no, then you get riffed in the next round.

@hb I plan on staying until I’m riffed so I can make company pay me while I job hunt. I’m getting my revenge. Petty, sure. I watched this company do shady, greedy and morally reprehensible things so I’m gonna drag it down by doing bare minimum, stay at “meets expectations”. It’s not like hard work will get me a decent merit or promotion. AIP su-ked so hard to get motivated when you know you won’t be rewarded.

@hb The great places to work moniker is bought and paid for. Please don’t try and use that as proof that this is a great company. Highly doubt we have 100k associates here after all the riffs and rebadges. Plus most would tell you this place makes no sense. I think you should say who you are do you can take credit for your a--kissing

@hb whatever Gail. You don’t even know how to run a company. Look at stock price and riffs, rebadging and offshoring as proof.

Here is a thought - if you don’t like it go find another job. Our C-Level goes above and beyond and that’s why we are the best at what we do. Over 100K associates, great place to work, and my bonus is AAAmazing!

So yes please go and try to find another job in this market that treats you better.

Everything thinks they know how to run a company. Smh.

@cr Don't forget cr-ppy management, and toxic work environments with backstabbing peers....

Not just the stuff that affects us, but very often not competitive in winning or keeping business, our reimbursement to providers is fair to middling at best, we treat our members maybe just a hair better than we treat our fellow employees. All this creates a cr-ppy environment for our shareholders. Top leadership knows and see this, and they think the only tools they have to fix it are RIF’s and piling on work and getting by with as low a pay as they can. This leads to the first set of why we s-uk and the whole thing cycles again. Downward doom loop (never heard of an upward one).
