I have been impacted yesterday and I have read in this forum to copy all your files to a box folder and name it personal. I did that. Any advise on how i can get access to that folder?

There are clear instructions in the off-boarding docs for a request through CIS. It is easy. Doing it any other way is a violation of the severance agreement. (do not Google Drive or transfer to any non-Nike file sharing platform. I am sorry your were impacted. I was in that place a year ago. read you documents closely, call people solutions if you have questions. The info Nike provided was actually very helpful.
I used google drive and it worked just fine.
Read your email from People Solutions. It has a link to the Offboarding request, where you can ask for your personal data.
Part of the off boarding process that they will send you- you can request it and it will be emailed to you in box.
Don’t transfer yourself or you risk severance
Mail it to yourself, remember touse the right number of stamps 🙄
Google Drive works fine
You can also reach out to your former manager - your Box folder will transfer to them after your account is deactivated and they can share the contents with you.
You have to submit a personal data transfer request through CIS.
