Some folks in wave 1 roles are part of wave 2 because they just crossed over to current roles. Because they are unable to participate in wave 1, to BEAT the system, their jobs will be kept and opened up during the PDC process after wave 1. This allows them to apply back their roles and get selected. Sounds logical but isn't it simply rigged and unfair?

I am in this situation as well.
@OP yep, same thing happening here, a lady was upset she was part of wave 2 but her team is in wave 1. She was told not to worry, she is almost guaranteed her role back though the PDC round
