This year they will implement the dreaded FAT tax. I'm afraid I will have to pay double the medical premiums.

Ha ha! You got ratio'd! Take your anti-veteran cr-p down to the local biker bar. They will all agree with you.

You must be a BOT. All of your posts are the same. Very limited and devoid of any intelligence.
is it bad if your BMI is for digits?
Veterans are exempt from the fat tax
@15v
Honeywell will see the insurance company's surcharge even if they don't see the exact results. From that, they can deduce the state of your health. It's really too bad that they can't test someone's mental health. I can think of someone on this board that can use some counseling.
@1dy Last year I got a note back with my results that said, "Ho, you fat!"
@1dy To get Honeywell retiree medical you will need a time machine. Corporate greed stripped away many retiree benefits years ago. If they can conjure a plan to end the current pensions they would or shall I say will....
I can't wait to retire and get on Medicare and Honeywell retiree medical.
@15r it sure is just got pamphlet in mail kicker is says Honeywell don't see the record or results what a bunch of croc they don't.
The 2025 info is appears to be the same as 2024.
They said I need to get in shape. I said round is a shape.
I'm not overweight, I'm too short.
But but they don't see our health records isn't against some type law. Oh wait right we are self insured so they have right to see or do what they want. Psh unreal for what we pay for medical insurance n they don't even cover our dental or vision.
I have no history of mental illness and am a high performer. I have extreme anxiety about loss of health insurance that could easily manifest as a 40lb weight drop and diagnosis of an eating disorder as a direct result of the bmi targets.
Several rumors about adding a dr-g test to the regular testing. Specifically for newly legalized substances.
I hope that entire body metrics are used to determine BMI. A stocky muscle bound person will always have a high BMI when calculated solely on height and weight.
@b6 I agree, the mailer stated nothing about this new test requirement. Just the A1C1 that was new and added last year.
did they actually release information? or is this advance notice. dont see any info on it
Holy cr-p, using a BMI standard punishes tall people terribly and is very generous for shorter people. Way to ask for a lawsuit Honeywell HR.
At 6'3" tall a person could only weigh about 230 lbs without taking the fee. 230 lbs at that height is just maybe a little overweight, but a long way from obese.
I guess the ozempic prescriptions will be going up all across Honeywell.
Let's deal with facts on this. The decision has already been made. It isn't double the premium, it is a 35% increase on the monthly premium with an added $1000 in out of pocket if you have a BMI greater than 29.
if you fat, you pay!
