Anxiously waiting for my time. I hear that the VPs set up 15 or 20 minutes meeting and break the news. What exactly do they say, is HR is in the meeting too? Is anything negotiable or we are just informed?

HR is bcc on the invite
Direct managers are setting up the 20 minute meetings. Managers who should themselves be losing jobs soon. Non negotiable based on duration of one’s time at Nike.
