Anyone have any knowledge of layoffs happening soon?
It seems like a lot of teams are under the microscope of automation and process improvements with no real direction on where we are going.

Severances passed out today within TPSS after reorg announcements .
Always around the 15th of the month.
DEI announced some layoffs today.
That is what the huge push for ARES use-cases in operations is all about. They will ramp up the job elimination, offshoring, and reorgs. It is not going to end well for the bank.
