If you’re in North Dakota or Guyana you’re safe. A few HR, payroll, accounts payable, and enterprise support roles in Houston for the transfer. Anyone else is going to have a tough go
Chevron won't put Chevron employees through another layoff back-2-back so Hess will take the brunt of merger layoffs.
I have a friend that works for Hess. She said Hess level Directors are telling the Hess workforce that Chevron needs people.
Likely giving them false hopes.
