What does severance look like for those impacted? Please share, if you know.

@ee is correct
Unless things have changed, the company does not pay out sabbatical.
I think I'd take 32*3 = 96 weeks of sev + 400hrs PTO + my pending 100 hrs of sabbatical. Sounds like a decent landing with time to get back out into the workforce, or decide retirement is fine. :)
Let go last year. 3 weeks per year. It is capped at 48 weeks.
Good luck!!
I am hearing years of continuous service. Anyone confirm that is true or is it total years of service.
Grade 50, about a decade, 24 weeks
Am I right to remember that the severance package was 3 weeks/yr of service last year? And it sounds like it’s down to 2 now?
@a3
Thanks for this concise answer. Why wasn’t Nike able to avoid WARN during the 2024 layoffs this time last year?
@a3 I think the 2 weeks per year of service is capped. Ex. someone with 30 years doesn't get 60 weeks pay. At least, not the previous layoff round in Tech @ WHQ.

Two weeks pay for year of service and on payroll until September. That's how they avoided WARN.
for me - on payroll to September, 6 months health, my tenure and level worked out to 24 weeks severance in September. Eligible for PSP if Nike does one this year. If you have a phone you get to keep it, other equipment goes back.
