Update your budget (don’t use one? Start! See: envelope method). Compile a timeline of your projects and accomplishments at the company while you still have access to systems that will jog your memory. Include STAR type structure - you want a clear story of impact to tell others. Exercise. Get re rooted in you, whatever that is that you do - you aren’t just your role in the company.
Don’t worry about work much this week. The company doesn’t know if it needs you (and if it really did, you’d already know) - once they decide, it’ll all be there for you to recommit to next week, if you’re not laid off.
