Layoffs to Streamline?

Every freaking time a new leader comes among with grand new ideas, but they all end up the same. They fall and we suffer and then they take early retirement with a fat wad of cash!

Even if we survive the layoffs, our faith in the system and our drive has been irrevocably shatterec... Momentum is lost and never recovered..

There are VPs and SDs with narrow responsibilities and small teams. VPs with less than 50 FTEs and SDs with less than 20 need to be looked at.

Constantly rotating C-suite types is pointless if you leave the bloated layer of middle management in place.

Stop cutting ICs.

Start cutting VPs who report to VPs and the rest of the bloat.
