Been here many many years and am currently in GT. Until 5 years ago I always worked for a kick a-s sports company, not a corporation. The old boys network built it and it was great (I’m female) and can be great again.
Unfortunately GT leaders do not understand sports or tech and they will continue to lead.
If you’ve played an organized sport which most of us old timers have, you understand teamwork, communication, grit and team over individuals.
Running a 5k or posting about your miles is not the same.
Mixed feelings thinking about how I’m grateful for the time here and the relationships but frustrated in the hands that tech is in as I want Nike and stock to do well when I’m gone.
Frustrating that they will be letting go of great folks and the higher levels will stay in place in GT.
