Marketing got offshored today. 4 positions. They used to be a good team and now they’re being run into the ground.
@j3 Negative responder here... Without knowing someone's personal situation, it's difficult to applaud that someone has being WFRed. What if they are in the twilight of their career when it can be more difficult to secure a new job? What if there are life circumstances (caring for a child, parent, etc) that make looking for a job difficult at this time? I prefer people leaving on their own timeline.
Why the down votes?
It’s pretty common knowledge how bad of a company Gainwell is. It’s certainly not advisable to take a job with them.

It might be tough for a while but they are way better off not working for Gainwell.
Good for them - Gainwell is terrible company to work for.
