Mike look in the mirror around all the safety issues at Chevron. The non stop changes and layoffs are to blame. Let the company stabilize. Take a pay cut and show some accountability for once in your life.

You mean like the well blowout in Colorado on April 6th that was uncontrolled for five days? People evacuated, school closed for 2 weeks, creeks polluted, etc, and cleanup expected to take at least 5 years? It will cost Chevron untold millions. And now more layoffs in Colorado?
Poor M
When you have moral down to that level.. you ask for trouble. Workforce has lost trust in management.. speak up say and there will be no consequences.. no one trusts on that. We lost the culture which took years to build in short span
M here and I would like to shed some light on this topic. We are all in this together. Keep in mind, 38 million a year is ONLY $18,239 an hour. I don’t know how you can expect me to inspire leadership, stockholders, board members, and you fine people of Chevron for any amount less. I mean, how do you expect me to sleep at night making less than $730,769 dollars a week. Firing you guys and shipping jobs to India is hard work and you expect me to do it for less than $2,923,076 a month? Think of my family! You guys are heartless.
