Allstate has done us so bogus. Said they are eliminating my whole dept and sending us to Concentrix before next month

How is this still not termination? When no longer employed by the same employer with same benefits,etc I would think this is a termination. Not a wrongful termination perhaps but one where benefits are entitled

This whole “sending to vendors” BS is solely to get out of the severance that they promise in their HR manual…
