What’s the plan/status for doing PSG career ladder promotions this year? Still happening or will be paused for 2025 given all that is going on?

your worried about a promotion in this environment what’s wrong with you. You have no compassion for anyone. Your mother did NOT raise you with good morals.
If you do have a position, there will continue to be cost pressures given there will be continued offshoring over 3 years. Promotions are for keeping people so those promotions will be happening in lower cost geographies to retain them.

Downward pressure on PSG’s
Downward pressure on promotions
Downward pressure on career growth/advancement opportunities with roles either moving to ENGINE or being eliminated altogether

Silly goose - promotions this year are for the chosen few. You’ll get your ration another time.
@a7 I have seen a number of 27 and 26’s get placed into promotions. There have been a few 25’s but not many and those are the wunderkids who hit the fast track jackpot. The rest of the plebeians are getting sc--wed as they reduce the number of psg 25 roles and make it harder to break in to 26. Those that make the rules got to keep their benefits and the rest is us are fu---d.
They are lowering psgs. I doubt many promos happening

At this point just try to land a job. That said, promotions will be very unlikely unless you do extremely well
Many of the PSG 27+ received placed jobs higher from where they were prior to this event kicking off…
Yes there will be promotions. 100% MW will get another tone deaf raise.
