We definitely don’t need all the people we have. Hopefully the cuts are deep for a complete reset. A lot of pointless middle management too.

Im not in land. We don't need less folks there. Potentially more.
Interesting that nobody commented on this post. I for one do not interact with, nor ever have, the land department. Seems like a very important function though. Almost all functions have their importance, it’s just the scale of those functions that are maybe up for questioning.
