They’ve been happening every three months or so by now. I’ve stopped paying attention. Just accept the fact that we’re all standing on very shaky ground all the time, and stop wasting energy worrying about being let go. Instead, work like a temp - that is, don’t go way above and beyond, and always look for another job as if you were one.

man this job market is iffy right now. been looking and nothing that pays more than or equal to my current position
I like to know when they are so I can avoid going into the office.
