This finally made the layoff! She was a bad hire from day one, and it's finally catching up with her. Since arriving, she’s done little beyond driving out capable people and promoting a hand-picked crew based more on appearance and brown nosing than ability. She’s shown no real understanding of the CA function, no strategy, and no substance—just politics and posturing. It’s no surprise she’s being mentioned now; the only surprise is that it took this long.
I am glad this got called out. I have never seen this kind of onboarding- overkill.

Their approach prioritizes cost efficiency over selecting the most qualified candidates, opting for individuals who are adequate for the role.
She's a waste of money, would save multiple jobs if we let her go.
So does this bother you to tears, affect layoffs, affect you in any way at all, or you're just extremely butthurt jealous of a person way more successful than you? Which is it?
So you’re telling me that LL is all about enjoying this for herself while LC is not milking it for himself, only repaying all his friends and family from GM and HP.

Absolutely just wasting money flying around kissing babies and shaking hands. Don’t forget the private jet and extravagant meals.

Who Is she
I don’t know how to do this job so I’m going use the company money and go on paid trips - I will have something to add on my PMP when I hv my annual assessment.. the enterprise can go thru reorg so what, the show must go on
What exactly has she done here and why was she brought in in the first place? This lady doesn't have much runway herself.
