This is one rare piece of positive news. This is a great service and it was id--tic and short sighted to shut it down.
Why on earth does the original comment have four downvotes? Some people are really against in person tech support?
It re-opened at my location on June 10. Not sure about anywhere else.

You were JE’d and brought back? Brought back to allow more time for them to fix what needs fixing. Keep that resume updated. JE will happen again and sooner than you expect.
I bet the id--ts who closed it weren't convinced it was needed until AI told them to bring it back.
on-site tech support in office. they got rid of it a couple months ago, with only phone or webchat options. must not have gone as well as hoped.
