Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

How can Shouty say such clear and obvious lies on the earnings call and not get called out on it?

He said and I quote "The first step is to inspire and take care of our colleagues. The good news is that our attrition remains well under control"

Everything in that statement is a lie, plain and simple?
No inspiration of colleagues
No care for colleagues
And attrition is completely out of control

Mikey when asked by Morgan Stanley said Culture would keep employee’s over higher pay! What a ducking id--t ! If he believes that then cut your 28 million in 1/2 !

I am starting a new role in January 2023 that pays better than I ever received at the sh-t ho-e DXC

reducing their take home pay since they are stretching the pay from 24 pay periods to 26 pay periods. How is that reducing your year salary , you will get the same over the year, just a little smaller each check , but more checks !

I first drank the coolaid, and thought hey this guy sounds much better than MIke the first and the stake cutter... Then, they started to waffle on the raises, then the bonuses were a hit and miss and this year end reviews got stretched, then money allocated for raises was going to be spread like peanut butter and finnaly taken back... While at the same time, Mike the 2nd and his crew gave themselves 30% raise.... want more, there is more US employees get a new shaft in 2023 by reducing their take home pay since they are stretching the pay from 24 pay periods to 26 pay periods... so in the middle of biggest inflation since the 1980, no raises no salary adjustments and a pay cut. You would onky recoup the pay cut if you stay or survive till Jun+. For a second cherry, benefits cost is going to cost you more... sounds like they want to push the US workforce out the door without paying for layoffs severance. My resume is out and getting calls by the dozens. Don't put up with this abuse, you only live once and we are tradding our life time for this pay. F0ke DXC and the S0B executives screwing the US work force. This should be illegal and they should be prosecuted for thier abuse.

Sally has got anger management issues when anyone questions him on pay.

He was openly aggressive and rude at that analyst as he asked him a question on pay inflation.

DXC should issue an apology.

The last analyst who asked a question got to Mike but Mike caught himself raging and ended it by saying, “Is that good enough?” (Or something to that liking)

He gets away with it because he's good at it.

When he first started he said "We're going to look after our employees.... our employees will be able to look after the clients." Many of us believed him. But it was a lie.

Then he said, "There will be pay rises". That was a lie too (except for raises for Mikey).

And so it continues.

Yuwai Lee one of the analyst asked Salvino a question on Wage Inflation towards the end of the call and Mikey flipped on him like he did on the Town Hall.

If you try listen to the Analyst Call on the web you will see Mikey has a behavioural problem when he gets asked about employee pay raises.

Initially he will try and avoid answering the question by giving other information, but if people re ask he can't control himself and flips in anger.

Attrition is high and under control as it helps to save cost and to drive down revenue.
