I wouldn't have any thoughts on it. I put my computer on the night stand and went night night until the very last sentence. Luckily they hung up the call too so I didn't even have to bother rolling over. I love mornings filled with pat on the back meetings ahhhhh so refreshed. What's for breakfast?

You are looking at this the wrong way. It's 15 hours of free time for you to run errands, do laundry, take a nap. Do an oil change on your car. Go for a jog. Apply to 10 job listings. Do work for your second job. Bake a cake.

@ad the circlej--kabout tmv was especially comical. Months in, still not functional for production. All the bs about tech innovation...yet they modeled an app off of an antiquated system and couldn't even get that right! I also love how they recently had the audacity to blame associates for the pos hip platform.
@a7 he cleared $950k base salary, a $407k bonus, $4.8million stock options and $188k "other" for 2024. Disgusting.

All this town hall has done is show me how much C Suite can talk bs and not discuss actual issues we have that affect our ability to perform the work like prehistoric platforms, low salaries, RTO hindrance, lack of funding, lack of staffing.
@a9 Yes! Maybe not wear the watch on a town hall when all we see is your watch. Probably 2 or 3x my salary.

It’s hard to listen PH as his salary would pay my entire team plus a sizable bonus. We have zero connection to the C Suite completely different lives.

PH is a sleezy car salesman…he could care less. This meeting is more of a bother to him than seen as an engagement opportunity.
