I am not finding the pace we were delivering as a team earlier..and I am demotivated to see low productivity and benefits in our org.
Just giving 3H a day, my business is running great. Any thoughts- how to fill up my time ?

Look for another job. Polish up your CV. Network etc etc.
Who knows when the next RIF is coming
