@e3 Yes the law firm contacted me to inform me I wasn't eligible due to it being ESP
Did you reach out to the law firm to confirm the ESP shares are exempt. I find that hard to believe.
I was just informed that any stock purchased through the employee stock purchase plan is exempt from the suit.
