I wouldn't be surprised if we relocate the company to India.

If the company relocates to India, they probably will not have to work late hours to support their western clients.
Other countries seldom give good career jobs to foreigners and push out their own workers, you simply won't find our outsourcing and H1b policies there.
Who would want to live in India or the Philippines. I’ll continue to take my chances in America. Even being a door dasher would be better than living in either of those countries.
