Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Toxic Work Culture

Hearing Washington Commanders and Phoenix Suns owner’s are selling their respective teams because they are being charged with operating a toxic work environment.

Seriously? Those places are pre-school level compared to Honeywell!

They like having that internal tension within the organization to pit everyone against one another while not acknowledging that Honeywell's executive management is the problem. They are the ones that have fostered this dog-eat-dog environment where everyone is against one another in order to try to make a claim to the next promotion. They betray their most loyal employees because they become unpopular. They do this ping pong, rinse and repeat to keep everyone unsure of the next move.

Honeywell is incredibly toxic. It’s a cruel place to work and VP and up (and likely some Directors) are proud of how they treat their employees. Shame on them. But they don’t care, they get their money.

Yet they continually monitor layoff and cast downvotes. So petty.
