How would I go about receiving interview prep for an internal position I applied for in the represented segment?
I dont mean shadow someone or have my manager practice with me (I've tried it's not useful to prepare for the interview).
I'd like to formally practice with a member of the Centralized Hiring Team specifically on STAR responses to better understand what they look for and they types of questions they ask for that role.
Is there a special program offered like this?

In the last interview I did a few years ago I contacted the Talent Acquisition team member associated with the job ad and they were great, a big help, and we spoke for an hour and they sent job aids. Sadly I think that team is completely gone now but if you see any HR name on the job ad could start there. Good luck!
