Sh-t happens. I struggle to see how the laying off of a bunch of bureaucrats somehow makes the field any less safe.

He-l, one might argue that a leaner org is better positioned to actually focus on the day to day. Fewer id--ts and unneeded layers between those doing the work and those making decisions.

When deaths happen it should be leaderships compensation that is impacted not the CIPs of some not even remotely involved in the incident. The old system provided more fairness in this regard.

With Accelerate Downstream Mike at the helm everyone, everywhere is distracted.
Lurch needs to resign.

Awful news. Who will be the scapegoat for MW? Heads will roll bout not the right ones.

Keep your mindset on our number one priority of health and safety despite the chaos will be the buzz from the top although I’m paraphrasing.
