The company has become too massive to be managed by people treated as individuals; instead, we’re essentially reduced to machine parts. There’s simply too much: too much data, too many systems, network elements, processes, tools, goals, objectives, and deadlines. This is the gap period before AI—machine automation—assumes control of at least 50% of operational functions. I’d say that’s well underway and will accelerate dramatically within 3 to 5 years. It’s already happening, just not all at once. For now, AI advances slowly and quietly—but its growth will be exponential.
