We’re in an interim phase

The company has become too massive to be managed by people treated as individuals; instead, we’re essentially reduced to machine parts. There’s simply too much: too much data, too many systems, network elements, processes, tools, goals, objectives, and deadlines. This is the gap period before AI—machine automation—assumes control of at least 50% of operational functions. I’d say that’s well underway and will accelerate dramatically within 3 to 5 years. It’s already happening, just not all at once. For now, AI advances slowly and quietly—but its growth will be exponential.

We have people AI hacking voices, names, emails, texts (example White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles). Just wait until some AI hacker breaks into T-Mobile and hacks Mikey's email and fires everyone.
