We're at the point where the reward for doing good work is more work. Management sees someone who doesn’t complain and just dumps everything and then some on them. Meanwhile, the slackers skate by. It’s a joke, but nobody’s laughing. Except for the slackers, of course.

You wish you could do PowerPoints in 5 munites
Punished for taking on hard work while watching people who take 5 minutes to slap together PowerPoints get rewarded. Last year was the last time I put anything difficult on my PMP.
Is call at will work . If you don’t like it , you can always leave . Some people just have other goals and work ethic than just do the minimum. For somes 100% can be 10% of other people capabilities
