Would love to see a class action come out of this the way they lured workers with fake promises and a mostly scam work environment.

I probably have a true case but USAA is pretty slick it would take a lot it’s a nice thought but unless outright blatant ….
I took my severance and ran happily away from that place.
Without context other than the rambling- Going through class action lawsuit would be absolutely a waste of time. You’d first have to show some type of legal standing and harm as a result of the “promises” made. Since employment is “at will” and you aren’t a part of a union it would be a better use of time to take your money, go to Central Park and light it on fire.
People put waaaay to much stock in legal dramas.
Don't get me wrong, good luck and all, but from the sound of it the odds are not in your favor. Brute to just focus on making your next job the best job ever.
A class action for what exactly?
What are you referring to?
Because the complaint is RTO related 90% of the time. Regardless, official documentation would apply to any 'fake promise" made by the company.
what is the context here?
OP didn't even mention WFH. Just random hyperbole without any context or specifics. (See also: garbage post)
Do you have official USAA documentation stating you were given permanent work from home status that was not subject to change? This would be necessary for the action you are referencing.
No issues in Brandon
You probably need more context. Otherwise, you sound like a complainer.
