Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

This is how I know the Reorg is going to be a failure

Because they are still keeping my position while eliminating others that add true value! I seriously was worried before this all went down, but when I saw my position untouched I knew they didnt do their due diligence and are relying on out of touch management opinions. My job is requires me to work about 20% of the time throughout the entire year, I make my PMP look like Chevron couldn't run without me and I've been getting 3-4 exceeds for the past 5 years. Its really sad they've kept my position. They're obviously incompetent. Oh well here's to the downfall of CHevron.

I knew I was doing a good job making it seem like I do a lot of work and my job is hard when they added 3 more spots with my title. It’s so funny cause I’m so lazy and dont do anything

Yes, we already knew that it was going to be a failure for YOU. What about for the company? Most agree they'll be fine without you.

I made the mistake of challenging myself with realistic PMp’s. This year, I basically put down “breath without stopping.”
