they claim it's for cost managment and streamlining but we all know it's a smokescreen for short term gains at the expense of long term loyalty and morale. people with spotless records got blindsided some finding out only after invoking warn act threats. meanwhile hr cant even deliver severance documents on time and if you're expecting empathy from managment good luck.

The moment you're laid off you're just another name wiped from slack... survivors are left with double the workload same pay and the constant dread they'll be next...
