Does anyone have any details on the upcoming layoff? Are they targeting a certain number of people (for example, 10 percent) or is it focused on a cost savings (targeting a certain savings from eliminated salaries)?

Omg I’t does! HCSC - Hot Chicken Sandwich Company lol, no wonder it haaassssss to be based in Nashville, lol no thanks
Hot Chicken Sandwich is what the first three letters in HCSC stands for, and both will give you heartburn
This company is ran like a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich - greasy, pickley, and full of regret with stains on your hands
Me neither. I refuse to live anywhere that Kid Rock is associated with. I don’t want to accidentally run into him and his congresswoman girlfriend. I’ll take my Nashville Hot Chicken to go please, to go to another company for employment.
As juicy and flavorful as Nashville Hot Chicken is, no deal will be juicy enough to make me relocate.
What’s next, anyone who doesn’t like Nashville hot chicken is let go?! Parameters are getting out of pocket
There won't be a layoff at the VP level, they've been quitting non stop all on their own.
That you can only relocate to one of 5 plan states or to Nashville or within 250 miles of an HCSC office in one of the plan states. This is specifically for former Cigna employees. And your relocation must be approved.
What did the FAQ say?
I thought that too! Why isn't TN one of the states?
It’s odd to limit to Nashville too considering 3-4 additional office locations conveyed over to HCSC…
@dh just saw that FAQ update- but it would make no sense...why buy an MA plan to "expand" to new states and then lay off your staff in those states? Especially field/market based roles...seems like a waste of money
Wonder if a layoff does occur if remote prior Cigna employees that don't live in one of the approved relocation states or that don't reside in Nashville will go first? See the update in the FAQ that just came out.
Heard today in an “official” meeting that there is a pause on hiring and corporate travel, unless required by a client. Not sure how long that has been in place, but this was announced on a quarterly call in my area.
I've heard nothing about an upcoming layoff. Have seen some contractors released lately and a lot of areas are definitely understaffed, but no layoff rumors. I think if this is going to happen, you will probably see a smaller RIF in VP level leadership first.
This website is a joke. You don't know cr-p. Quit making people worry
not hearing of anything tbh but the lack of communication from senior leadership suggests something is up. if they do layoffs lets hope the severance is good
I don’t think there will be a mass layoffs. Already they let off go most of the contractors in my area.
