Atlanta Offices Sold in Lease-Buy-Back

What's with SF selling back to the developer two Atlanta towers in a lease buy-back deal? Is the hub idea being moth-balled?

@1giu+1jwcQIii- Tempe is even worse considering all those lazy people sitting out side working on their tans.

The best move they could ever make is to close that building down. The claim handling coming out of there is the worst in the industry. The work ethic is worst in industry. It’s a complete and total disaster.

Nothing new. Just a smart side hustle for State Farm.

That was the plan all along. Greater flexibility with less cost when you lease. Plus, made a really nice profit on the build. Same in Dallas and Phoenix.
